Explorer exec not closing at shutdown

When I shutdown the system explorer exec will not shutdown unless I end the progrm. Here is the error msg:

Windows saved user OFFICE\Bill Strobel registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.

How can this be fixed? Thank you

I just see one. Here is some more info

The following handles in user profile hive OFFICE\Bill Strobel (S-1-5-21-2826650621-1774555873-248915221-1006) have been closed because they were preventing the profile from unloading successfully:

svchost.exe (988)
HKCU (0x218)

Does this mean anything to you? Thank you,

Go here for the full explanation:

They just released this tool Friday. Solved my issue completely but it maybe related to last weeks security patches as that is when my problem started. If others have the same problem and they have the events as noted by microsoft then this cures the problem.
