wait i got alot of windows cds. which one i put in?

Dell dimension resouce cd?(drivers and utilities)
Dell tooks system softwear?(application)
Reinstallion CD microsoft windows xp home edtion Including service pak 1(operating system)


those are the cds i got. am i missing one? what should it be called?

Try the third one and say a prayer to boot as well since some restore cd's dont have the repair options embedded in them.

wait what u mean about "You may need to change the
boot order in the system BIOS. Check your system documentation
for steps to access the BIOS and change the boot order."

That only needs to be done if the system doesn't boot from a cd right now. If it does then skip that part.

hmm. i put the 3rd cd in. and i restarted computer like 3 times. and its still not poping up the repair msg. how i get the cd to run.

When its rebooting does the screen say anything klike " press any key to boot from cdrom " ?
