Unhappy mobo helppp

ok i ran this registy cleaner thing. and i think it messed up one of my compter. Ok so this guy said that register doctor or mechanic wha ever is a good program. and i downloaded it. then ran it. and there were like 600 registrys that i could repair. so it deleted them. then i turn off computer to go to sleep. then i tun it on when i came home from school and when i turn on the computer it loads to the desktop but doesnt show any desktop items(icons) or the tastebar and control alt delete doesnt work. then 10-20 seconds it logs off. and loads to like where it shows the accounts u can use. like u know if u click log off. it will bing u to the admins acccount and other users on computers account. and i try to click any of them then it says loading settings. then it says saving settings and i hear the shut down computer noise and stays in that screen with the accounts. o my gosh is there any way i can fix this. or do i have to reformat. Man i shuld of wrote down my bookmarks on a peice of paper. this is going to be a pain. also my pws are in notepad on that computer. so im gona forget alot of pws. o man o man plz tell me i can do something in safe mode or something. or if a wire is unpluged o crap

XP REPAIR INSTALL

1. Boot the computer using the XP CD. You may need to change the
boot order in the system BIOS. Check your system documentation
for steps to access the BIOS and change the boot order.

2. When you see the "Welcome To Setup" screen, you will see the
options below This portion of the Setup program prepares Microsoft
Windows XP to run on your computer:

To setup Windows XP now, press ENTER.

To repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console, press R.

To quit Setup without installing Windows XP, press F3.

3. Press Enter to start the Windows Setup.
do not choose "To repair a Windows XP installation using the
Recovery Console, press R", (you do not want to load Recovery
Console). I repeat, do not choose "To repair a Windows XP
installation using the Recovery Console, press R".
4. Accept the License Agreement and Windows will search for existing
Windows installations.
5. Select the XP installation you want to repair from the list and
press R to start the repair. If Repair is not one of the options,
read Warning #2 below!!
6. Setup will copy the necessary files to the hard drive and reboot.
Do not press any key to boot from CD when the message appears.
Setup will continue as if it were doing a clean install, but your
applications and settings will remain intact.
