Cannot Reinstall Outlook

I have Beta and the regular Outlook Express both installed. Neither are working and I get the following error msgs.:

"The file ExSec32.dll is incompatible with Microsoft Office Outlook. Install Outlook again."

and

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by messenging programs."

It seems to be very resistant to all the things I've tried. Can anyone help please?

You may have to completely uninstall outlook then reboot and reinstall it.
