port fowarding- need help

im doing port fowarding.. and im following this guide and i realized something..

wait you see how the primary dns says 170. ....... and the perferseed dns server says 192. ....... Are these suposed to be the same? or no. also heres my newest problem. i was following this tut and..

yea i have this US Robotics router. and i followed the tut for that type of router and i got this at the end

Did you disable dhcp in the router ?

The point is you have to. If you want the pc to have a certain ip address like you are doing then you have to set the parameters in the router to allow it. Allowing dhcp is letting the router choose the ip for the connected pc and your settings in the pc are specific so there will be no connection made.

Read the tutorial over again.

i did and i did everythign right. i did it again after i got msg then i got it again. but i guess ill wait till i get my acvation thing from portforwarding .com anyways im off to bed. good night mobo, ty anyways. u can lock tis topic. the port forowording people will proablly know whats wrong.

o wait i didnt have that dhcp enabled. how do i enable. And this Portforword guy said the same thing. and i typed cmd in box and got the info i needed and it said

Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No

how do i enable
