Dads pc is messed up big time

Ok, so everytime i start up it says "your windows xp did not start up correctly" or something like that . and it has list of what i should do 'safe mode' ' safe mode with network ' 'safe mode with command prop" 'last known config" "start normally"i tryed last known configuarqtion and ' start normally' and what happens is that like it starts up.. then all of a suden the monitor turns off like. i see orange light for montitor.. instead of green.. but the pc is still on, i hear the noise.. So i gota unplug and and plug back in for it to boot up again. So i do safe mode with network. thats what im doing right now.

Please help me someone

Thanks

Sounds like video card jester. Reboot into safe mode and reinstall its drivers. Also check device mnager for any alerts.

P.S. man this pc is so like ugly in safe mode. I think its the video card of sure cause the monitor is all blury when i scroll down to post and stuff lol

and i got this error when trying to start a game

FATAL ERROR; Could not load openGL. make sure latest video card is updated or something like that
