Uninstall issue

I have found that if I use the uninstall function in the control panel, sometimes it does not delete major parts of the program that I ask to uninstall.

I have heard that this is a common thing.

Well, if I am a software engineer, this is something I would like to know how to fix so my customers might want to know about it and what do to about it.

Are there any suggestions?

Look in the programs folder by means of windows explorer. What you need to look for is a file most likely called unwise.exe. That is the uninstallation file that should take care of uninstalling programs.
