After a reformat.. How do you "load the drivers that are in yellow(Question marks) "

yay its up and running! My only problem is that i need internet. How do i set up an internet connection. lol. Im clicking internet explorer and its not letting me go to any websites. Page cant be displayed ect. So yea.. like what connection and stuff do i pick. I didnt get no cd from optium online. Or i think i saw them with it.. But they didnt give me it -.- iuno.. but yea..

Ok so i found out that i have yellow question marks at the ethenet drivers.. And i loaded up that driver uitility and its still like that o.o


And i searched dell for the drivers and i dont think these are any of it.
iuno what to do

yea lol. i went to the dell site was like hopefuly there is a driver here.. but then i didnt know which one so i just picked the only one that it could be(wasnt sure) XD
