Dial up error 33

Well thyats exactly the drivers to download. \did you reboot since installing fresh? If not do so. If you did have you tried a system restore to a point just before the acquaintance was toying around.

I rebooted.

The dial up error started occuring after he tried to address having no modem and no sound.

Problems with the modem and sound seemed to start after installing Nero. Nero was uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated.

I have not tried a system restore because there has been alot of files and software added since then.

You can create a restore point right now joseph then try going back. If it doesnt work then go back to the restore point that you just created.
