When trying to start up my pc at work on the network, it stops with a blue screen error saying:

STOP: 0x0000007B (0x8189E2D0,0xC0000185,0x00000000,0x00000000) INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Any advice?

Any new hardware put on the system since its last reboot ?

If not then it could be due to a bad network card or sound card so try rebooting without those present and see what gives.
